1. A Balcony that over looks the gorgeous Savannah River.
2. Having it only take us literally 2 minutes to walk to work.

4. Having a beach 15 minutes away. Talk about a nice get away.
5. 24 marathons with our roommates.
6. Walking everywhere. It gets tiring but its nice to get the activity everyday.
7. No more snow.. for now.
8. Going to the pool whenever we please.
9. The residential homeless man Joe who is the kindest guy you'll every meet. He gives us compliments everyday when we walk by him.
10. Our neighbors. Always looking out for us.
11. Walmart. There's no place like home.

14. Spending the summer as best friends across the country together.
